Bridal Terms and Conditions

 

Thank you for choosing LU Hair Design for your wedding day.

These Terms and Conditions outline the policies for all bridal services to ensure your special day goes smoothly.

 

1.     Booking and Deposit

• A £80 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date and bridal hair services.

 

 • This deposit will be applied toward your final payment. • Booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

 

2.     Bridal Trial

• A bridal hair trial will take place 6 to 8 weeks before your wedding date.

 

• Trials are designed to finalize your style; please bring any hair accessories or pieces you plan to wear.

 

 • The full payment for the service is due on the day of the trial, which should be completed at least 6 weeks before the wedding.

 

3.     Hair Preparation

 

• Hair Preparation: For the best styling results, please thoroughly wash and blow-dry your hair straight the day before your appointment.

 

• Additional products should not be applied to the hair to ensure optimal styling results.

 

4.     Equipment Access

 

• On the day of the event, access to two plug sockets and a desk or flat surface for tools is required.

This will ensure that our setup is efficient and that all tools are properly arranged.

 

5.     Payment Terms

• Full payment for the bridal party and bride’s styling is due at the trial appointment,

 

6 weeks before the wedding.

• Accepted payment methods include Bank Trans, Cash

 

. 6. Cancellations and Refund Policy

 

• Cancellations made 6 weeks before the wedding date will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total booking price.

 

 • Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the wedding will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

 

 • Cancellations within 48 hours of the wedding will result in no refund of any fees or deposits paid.

 

• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. 7. Hair Extensions and Accessories

 

• Hair extensions and any additional accessories are to be provided by the bride or bridal party if required

 

. • Hairpieces and accessories are not included in our service but can be sourced separately. Please consult our Wedding Hair Guide for recommended accessories and tips on selecting high-quality pieces. 8. Working with Other Vendors

 

• To ensure a seamless timeline, LU Hair Design requires coordination with other vendors (e.g., makeup artists, photographers) on the wedding day.

 

 • Please provide a wedding day schedule at least two weeks in advance to help us coordinate with other vendors.

 

9. Health & Safety

 

 • LU Hair Design adheres to strict hygiene standards. Clients are asked to inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities at the time of booking.

 

• If anyone in the bridal party is feeling unwell, please notify us immediately. We will do our best to reschedule, subject to availability.

 

10. Photo Consent

 

• LU Hair Design may take photos of completed hairstyles for portfolio and marketing purposes.

 

 If you do not wish to have your photos used, please inform us at the trial.

 

 • By consenting to photos, you acknowledge that LU Hair Design retains rights to these images for promotional use.

 

11. Liability Waiver

 

• Clients assume responsibility for their safety during the appointment. LU Hair Design is not liable for any allergic reactions or damages that arise from services unless directly resulting from our negligence.

 

• Clients are advised to conduct patch tests for any product sensitivities before the service. 12. Code of Conduct

 

 • LU Hair Design is committed to providing a respectful, professional atmosphere for both clients and staff. Any inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the service without a refund. 13. Contact Information
